SOW 3D Modeling and Coordination Project Type Residential Apartment Description LOD 350 3D model preparation for Architecture, Structure and Mechanical elements with clash coordination amongst the services.
Total area on this project was Approx. 280,000 Sft and models have been created for around 145 residential units with 54 different Unit types.Criticalities Due to the large area and short time frame for completion, it was a real challenge for Oriole to deliver the project on time with quality.
By involving a combination of skilled and experienced members Oriole delivered the project on time with quality.
During the 3D model and coordination process many construability issues are highlighted and shared with preferable solutionsRFI Raised Raised around 19 RFIs for missing data, construability issues, etc. Project Span 1 Week Resource Used 7 Engineers
