SOW 3D Modeling, 2D Drawings, Clash Reporting Project Type Self-Storage Description These are projects’ requiring 3D model of self storages, 2D drawings comprising layout with required quantities of storages for different sizes and other details, numbering of storages, etc. Few Storages also require detailed MEPF and Structural 3D modeling based on Design/Shop Drawings for Clash detection. Criticalities The criticalities include repeated alterations of design thru Shop drawing stages with variations that require critical thinking on the required codes. Individual projects have their own criticalities and requires thorough knowledge on the work process RFI Raised Formal RFIs are not shared with Client, however daily communication on a specific time resolves most of the issues we come across Project Span 1 day to 2 weeks Resource Used 1 to 4 Engineers
