SOW LOD 300 Modeling of Architecture, Structure and Plumbing. Project Type Educational Description This was a 2 storey school building with a gross square footage of 93,186 Sft. Oriole worked on the 3D modeling of Architecture, Structure and Plumbing elements. Criticalities Oriole created the model for Architecture, structure and plumbing for coordination with other trades and to find out any gray areas in the input documents. Due to very limited time and input, this project was a different kind of challenge to execute. Oriole modeled everything based on the input documents and made the logical assumptions and submitted for review where team did not get clear information or for any issue that Oriole found during the modeling. RFI Raised We have raised around 14 RFIs for missing information, construability issues, etc. Project Span 1 Week Resource Used 4 Engineers
