SOW 3D Modelling and 2D Drawings Project Type Residential Apartment Description LOD 350 modelling and model validation for Architecture and Structure. LOD 350 modelling and shop drawing creation for Plumbing and Electrical. This was is having 11 levels including 3 parking. Also 46 studios, 101 one-bedroom rentals, and 103 two-bedrooms. Criticalities Oriole was responsible for architectural and structural model validation based on the model share by GC. Team validated model with respect to the latest set of input and coordinated with the other services. As model of plumbing and electrical and the validation was running concurrently, team was having very limited time to highlight the issue as well as coordinate and rectify. RFI Raised We have raised around 22 RFIs for missing information, construability issues etc. Project Span 16 Weeks Resource Used 6 Engineers
