SOW Creating 3D Model and 2D Construction Documents from hand sketches and marked up Images Project Type Multifamily Residential Building Description Creating 2D construction drawing set including a LOD 350 model, Structure, Electrical, and Mechanical elements from the Redline image and hand sketches. Criticalities Transforming to a 2D construction Document from hand sketches and redline images through a 3D model within a time frame is a challenge within itself. Also, creating structural framing and HVAC ducting system for the residential building is very critical. We had to send several RFIs to the client to freeze the design.
