SOW 3D Modelling Project Type Mixed use Residential Description 3D model and coordination for Architectural elements Criticalities The total project area was around 120,000 Sft including 6 basement + 36 floors and 2 towers. Due to involvement of multiple trade and frequent changes it was really challenging to keep track of the every changes. Oriole involved a team of highly skilled Architects to deal with all the changes and made each of them documented. This entire process helped the site team to find out the issue before actual construction. RFI Raised We have raised around 32 RFIs for missing data, conflicting information etc. Project Span 15 Weeks Resource Used 4 Architects/Engineers
