SOW 3D Modeling and 2D Drawings Project Type Hospital Description The project area is approx. 66,000 Sft which includes 750 beds, 16 private inpatient rooms, 10 emergency and 3 operating rooms.
Oriole successfully executed LOD 400 3D model preparation for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing elements with around 200 shop drawings including hanger placement drawing and prefabrication drawings after doing a thorough clash coordination amongst the services.Criticalities Like every hospital in this project there were various services involved including, water, drainage, HVAC, Mech piping, Medical gas, Pneumatic tubing, etc. Accurate modeling per the submittals with coordination was done considering the correct way for each of the services and to allow all of them to work 100% efficiently. RFI Raised We raised around 63 RFIs for missing data, space issues, construability issues, etc. Project Span 20 Weeks Resource Used 6 Engineers
