Working with models provided by the general contractor (GC), Oriole’s team validated architectural and structural elements against the latest input sets while ensuring coordination with other disciplines. As plumbing and electrical modeling and validation were carried out simultaneously, the team had limited time to identify, coordinate, and resolve issues. Despite these challenges, Oriole successfully managed model validation and interdisciplinary coordination, ensuring project accuracy and efficiency.About Project:
Oriole Design Tech Solutions was responsible for modeling and validation of architectural and structural elements, along with modeling and shop drawing creation for plumbing and electrical services. The project comprises 11 levels, including three parking floors, and features 46 studio apartments, 101 one-bedroom rentals, and 103 two-bedroom units.
